As I scrolled through Amazon’s “Prime Big Deal Days,” something struck me. Sure, there were gift guides for tech lovers, homebodies, and fitness buffs—but where was the guide for the photogenic?
In a world where we’re constantly putting ourselves on display, capturing our best angles, and hoping the lighting gods are in our favor, it dawned on me: a curated list of products designed to make us not just look good, but feel good in front of the camera was long overdue.
So, I did what any self-respecting, camera-loving fashionista would do—I made one. Seven products, that’s it. Why? Because sometimes less is more. External Hard Drive: You need an external hard drive if you don’t want your computer to crawl to a halt from all the photos. And let me tell you, I’ve gone through a ridiculous number of hard drives, and 99% of them suck. But this one? Lashes: Maybe it’s the Latina in me, but a fabulous selfie without lashes? Impossible. Trench Coat: A trench coat is one of the most timeless and elegant wardrobe staples. Pair it with a bold red lipstick, grab a friend, and hit the streets of your city. Soft Sweater: I have this sweater in white and plan to grab it in brown, too. It’s insanely comfortable for fall/winter pics.
Protection is cool: A killer phone case for your mirror selfies? Absolutely. I love switching them up to match my outfits, but that’s just me—you don’t have to.
