Once upon a time, I was the Tropical Queen. I lived in a magical place where the temperatures danced between 20°C (68°F) and 26°C (79°F) every single day. I repeat, EVERY DAY.
Then life, in its infinite wisdom, decided to spice things up. I found myself in a city where -10°C (14°F) is treated like just another Tuesday. My skin was drier than an overcooked turkey. My trusty H&M sweater was as useful as a bikini in a blizzard. And trying to take photos outside was impossible.
So, I did what any self-respecting queen would do: I adapted. I learned. Because nobody—not even Mother Nature—puts Baby in a corner.
The learning curve was steep—and icy. But here I am, with all the battle scars (and winter hacks) to prove it. I figured out how to dress for the cold, keep my gear safe, and rework my makeup routine.
And just like that, the Tropical Queen became the Ice Queen.
