The 5 Sneakers That Will Define Summer Style (and They're on Sale)

I hope you had a lovely weekend. I hosted a little get-together at home and introduced some of my American friends to arepas. I’ll show you a photo of the spread at the end. It was so cute.

But today, let’s talk about summer shoes that will make your photos pop. Every summer wardrobe needs three staples: a stylish walking sandal, a playful sneaker, and a chic flat. I’ll cover all of them in future newsletters, but I had to jump on sneakers today because I spotted a deal and I have no idea how long it will last.

I’ve paid full price for these before. Not this time.

The vision: “I summer in Europe” even if you’re just sweating through Target.

Colorful sneakers are everywhere right now, and these are giving me heart palpitations in a good way. Below are some of my favorites from this particular killer sale.

Pumas have been killing it lately. The purple ones perfect with jeans, white dresses, and what not, were $90 and now they’re $45. You can find them HERE. The blue ones, a more classic color but in a less conventional hue, went from $80 to $72. Find them HERE.

To wrap this up, I want to give a few honorable mentions. The main trend right now is colorful sneakers (you’ve got a full selection above) but there are a few other styles worth calling out. These might not be on sale, but they’re worth keeping an eye on.

Suede sneakers. The Miu Miu version is the dream, but Steve Madden has a great dupe. You can see it HERE.
